Our application operates on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and interfaces with various blockchain networks and DeFi protocols. You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and DeFi protocols.

4.2 Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any authentication credentials. We do not store, have access to, or control your private keys or seed phrases. Any transactions initiated through your wallet are your sole responsibility.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Cryptocurrency and DeFi Risks

Cryptocurrency and decentralized finance involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility and price fluctuations
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
  • Protocol failures or hacks

5.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the application. We do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We do not guarantee any specific returns or earnings from using the application.

6. Fees and Transactions

Certain transactions and features in Winnie may be subject to fees, including:

  • Network gas fees charged by blockchain networks
  • Protocol fees from underlying DeFi protocols
  • Platform fees as disclosed at the time of transaction
  • Third-party service fees

All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all fees associated with your transactions. Transaction fees are determined by blockchain networks and cannot be controlled by Winnie.

7. Push Notifications

Winnie may send push notifications to your device to provide updates about your portfolio, market opportunities, and important information. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the application.

By using Winnie, you consent to receive push notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Winnie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and user interface elements, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Winnie without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNIE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF WINNIE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Winnie and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the application and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Winnie after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. You may also stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
